Harper

Harper was brought to us by Animal Control. He was found in Piscataway wandering around people’s backyards and was attached. This sweet boy has been here since May 2025. He was adopted but did not get along with the other dog and he was returned. The adopter offered to pay the adoption fee for the next adopter. Harper is waiting to find his forever home!
